When you use app.zenyaraya.com and related apps, we may collect: Account data (name, email address, login identifiers via email OTP or Google sign-in); Birth data (your date of birth, time of birth, place and gender — used solely to generate your personal reading, and the core input for the Life Code service); Usage data (your chat messages with the service, readings generated, oracle casts, and interaction history); Payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly); Technical data (IP address, device/browser type, and cookies necessary to run the service).
We collect and use your data to: create your account and authenticate you; generate and store your personal readings; provide the chat, oracle, and recommendation features; process subscriptions and purchases; send you service emails (verification codes, account notices); and improve and secure the service. By providing your data and using the service, you consent to this collection and use. Where required, we will seek fresh consent for any new purpose.
We rely on trusted third-party processors to run the service. Your data may be processed by: Supabase (authentication and database hosting); Anthropic (AI processing that generates your readings and chat responses — your birth data and messages are sent to Anthropic's API to produce responses); Stripe (payment processing); Resend (sending transactional emails); Vercel (application hosting). We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only to these processors, or where required by law.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Singapore (including the United States). Where we transfer your data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection consistent with the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, row-level security on our database, and encrypted connections — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; and to withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your data at any time (note: withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service).
