Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Zenya Raya's services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and important disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated readings based on the BaZi / Four Pillars tradition, an AI healing chat, oracle features, and related content, offered for personal reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment. Readings and responses are generated by AI and drawn from a traditional metaphysical system. They are not statements of fact and not professional advice. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that require a qualified professional. If you are in distress, please seek help from a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended for one person.

4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Memberships are billed through Stripe in the plan and currency shown at checkout (priced in SGD, with online conversion for other currencies). Recurring plans auto-renew at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds:

• Memberships (monthly or annual): A full refund may be requested within 3 days of purchase, provided the account has not used the paid service in any way. Once you have signed in and accessed or used any membership feature — including but not limited to entering the members' area, starting any AI chat, generating any reading, or making any oracle cast — the membership is treated as used and no longer qualifies for a refund. No refund is given after 3 days. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewal.
• One-time readings (Life Code, compatibility): These are digital content delivered immediately and are non-refundable once generated. If a reading fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-issue it or provide a full refund.
• 1-to-1 sessions: You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• In-app purchases: Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded according to Apple's or Google's respective policies, and this section does not apply to them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it; use it for unlawful purposes; or resell readings as professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, brand, and the Life Code engine are owned by Zenya Raya. Your personal readings are for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs.

7. AI content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. We do not warrant the accuracy of any reading or chat response.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenya Raya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
